We CANnot offer exchanges or returns AT THIS TIME. Due to THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THE WORK, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact STUDIO@THERESEMARIECHAIX.COM and we’ll be SURE to help you out.

  • If your art arrives damaged in any way please contact us immediately at STUDIO@THERESEMARIECHAIX.COM so we may lodge a claim with our postal service and replace the piece for you.

    In order for the claim to be made please get in touch within 7 days of the parcel arriving and include a photo of the damaged parcel and art with your order number.

  • Fine art printing is a refined art form involving ink calibration, paper stock variations, cutting alignment, bleed settings and hue shifts. ALL PRINTS SHIP DIRECTLY FROM OUR PRINT STUDIO PARTNERS AROUND THE GLOBE. If your print HAS ANY FLAWS WHATSOEVER, WE would love to replace the piece for you. PLEASE CONTACT STUDIO@THERESEMARIECHAIX.COM with photos of any damage or imperfections ALONG WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER SO A REPLACEMENT CAN BE ISSUED.
